Brewery is Takazawa Brewery located in Himi, Toyama, Japan, established in 1872.
Himi is a harbor city, and has beautiful sea lines. You can see the mountain of Northern Apls over the beautiful sea.
However, in the winter season, Himi has snows and cold and severe strong wind on the sea area.
Takazawa Brewery uses cold wind for coolling steamed rice. You may feel and scent wind of the sea from the bottle.
AKEBONO brand is their represented old brand.
