Brewery is Masuda Sake Company located in Iwase, Toyama, Japan. Iwase is one of harbor city in Toyama, once flourished with trades by ships.

Masuizumi "満寿泉" is very auspicious name. Direct translation is "the spring of full of celebration (honor and prosperity)."

Their motto is to pursue beautiful taste, because they thinks that only the person who has beautiful food culture can create beautiful Sake.

Toyama is rich in nature. Toyama has a lot of variety of fish, very typical foods from mountains.

Sake of Masuizumi is brewed to meet such beautiful foods.
