Sake specific rice Misatonishiki is developed in Akita. The mother of Misatonishiki is Yamadanishiki and the father is Miyamanishiki. This rice has a well defined Shinpaku which is good to Ginjo Sake. Please enjoy this Sake both cold and warm. We recommend slightly warm Sake. You can enjoy aged taste.
