Masuizumi 貴醸酒 (Kijoshu)
This is stylish 貴醸酒 (noble ferment sake:Kijoshu) produce by Masuizumi. Kijoshu is made with Sake instead of water adding. (Water adding to main fermentation is partially replaced with Sake.) Kijosu is basically aged style Sake, but this Kijoshu is not aged, fresh style. Kijoshu has good pearing with vanilla ice cream or some sweets.
