Brewery is Kiyoto Shuzou established in 1906 and located in Takaoka, Toyama, Japan.

Their producing quantities per a year is very small, but, their Sake quality show us great performance.

Their motto to make Sake is quality oriented and to be honest for Sake brewing.

We can find the words "不容偽" on the wall of Kiyoto Shuzou office.

This means "never bottling any fakes (defectives of the products and dishonest for Sake brewing)".
