Shipping & Delivery:

All international order is shipped by international courier DHL or EMS. In case of some areas, unfortunately, we can not deliver. If you contact us in advance, we will check. Also, we recommned that you contact your local authority (the Customs).

Delivery time: 

We ship Sake every Monday (except National holiday). DHL and EMS estimated delivery time is about 7 to 10 business days*. *Without any issue and problem at custom clearance. There might be a possibility of delay in delivery due to unexpected reasons.

Delivey charges: 

We can ship the products any area which DHL and EMS can cover. DHL and EMS shipping charges are at flat rate defined by area from 1 (one) bottle to maximum 6 (six) bottles in one pack*. We recommend that you order favorite 6 bottles to save shipping cost. *In case of personal import of Sake (alcohol), depends on residence countries, the number of bottles (alcohol quantities) which is approved to import by the Customs are different. Please confirm the authority of your local area before actual order.

Singapore, Hong Kong	1 to 6 bottles, at flat rate JPY 19,000 (by DHL) or JPY 14,500 (by EMS)
Australia, New Zealand	1 to 6 bottles, at flat rate JPY 27,000 (by DHL) or JPY 16,000 (by EMS)
Europe Area (Germany, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Denmark, Latvia)	1 to 6 bottles, at flat rate JPY 39,000 (by DHL) or JPY 18,000 (by EMS)

Import Duties and VAT:

Taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility. We ship (export) all order by DDU, incoterms 2010, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes. We can not predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any additional charges, they must be paid for your package to clear customs. For more information with regard to your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Packing:

We use dedicated carton box as external box for shipping. This box is for 6 bottles. With regard to inside packing, we use packing materials as a buffer that protects from damages for the products. 

Shipping condition:

All international order is shipped at room temperature by DHL and EMS. We can accept your order in any season, but, we do not recommend the order in the Summer season. Basically, we ship Sake to the countries in northern hemisphere only during October to April, and we ship Sake to the countries in southern hemisphere only during March to September. We believe that his shipping policy keeps Sake good condition. With regard to Sake, we line up only Pasteurized Sake on this international shopping site.
