Brewery is Sansyouraku Shuzo Co., Ltd. established in 1880 and located in Gokayama, Toyama in Japan.

Gokayama has steep mountains and a lot of snow in the winter.

Gassho-Zukuri (framework) in Gokayama became a UNESCO world heritage in 1995.

Severe cold winter temperature and underground water through native forest of beech is blessing of Gokayama.

Those environment is important for them to make Sake of Sansyouraku.
