It is said that Tamaasahi Shuzo is founded in 1808. They are located in Yatsuo in Toyama.
Yatsuo is famous for traditional dance festival "Owara-Kaze-no-Bon".
Water is soft water which comes from Joganji river.
They have about 200 years history, but, are challenging new brewing with new proprietary yeast like tulip flower.
