Kachikoma Honjikomi (Tokubetsuhonjozo)
Hand crafted Honjikomi brewed by Kiyoto Shuzou. Although this Sake is not so high grade, Seimai Buai (Milling ratio) is 55%. (If 50% or less, this may be classfied Daiginjo.) The price of this Sake is very reasonable, but, its cost performance is excellent. Please enjoy this Sake cold.

Sake Rice: Gohyakumangoku (produced in Japan)
Seimai Buai (Polishing ratio): 55% (55% remaining)
Tasting note: Fresh and slightly fruit flavour, smooth touch like a silk, dry, light to medium body.
