Sake drops which hanged up in a rough texture bag and dripped naturally without any pressure are filled in a bottle, and aged gradually in the ideal condition. Please enjoy this Sake at room temerature.

Alcohol %: 17% to 18%
Raw materials: Rice, Koji (Koji mold) and Distilled alcohol
Sake Rice: Yamadanishiki (produced in Yokawa, Hyogo, 特A地区 (Special A area), Japan)
Seimai Buai (Milling ratio): 40% (40% remaining)
Aging year: 3 years and more (in the bottle, under cool temperature)
Tasting note: Elegant and rich flavour like melon or banana, rich taste like caramel and brown sugar origin from aging, fine touch like velet, well balanced and fine taste, dry, full body.
