BY means Brewery year. Every July, we will have new brewery year in Japan. This BY Daiginjo is the Daiginjo which we can enjoy young taste and freshness year by year. Please enjoy this Sake cold.
Volume: 720ml (per bottle)
Alcohol %: 17% to 18%
Raw materials: Rice, Koji (Koji mold) and Distilled alcohol
Sake Rice: Yamadanishiki (produced in Yokawa, Hyogo, 特A地区 (Special A area), Japan)
Seimai Buai (Milling ratio): 50% (50% remaining)
Aging year: not more than 1 year
Tasting note: Fresh and comfortable flavour like melon or banana, rich and fine taste origin from Yamadanishiki (Special A area), dry, medium to full body.
