Kikuhime Daiginjo first vintage is launched in 1968. Kikuhime takes over traditional brewing way of Ginjo, and creatives the wrold of Ginjo. This aged Daiginjo is represented of Kikuhime. Please enjoy this Sake at room temperature or slightly cold.

Alcohol %: 17% to 18%
Raw materials: Rice, Koji (Koji mold) and Distilled alcohol
Sake Rice: Yamadanishiki (produced in Yokawa, Hyogo, 特A地区 (Special A area), Japan)
Seimai Buai (Milling ratio): 50% (50% remaining)
Aging year: About 5 years (blends with several vintages)
Tasting note: Deep flavour, rich taste like caramel and brown sugar origin from long aging, fine touch like velet, elegant taste, dry, full body.
