When Kikuhime starts brewing, they visit local Shrine and prey safe brewing. The name of Kinken is from its Shrine name. You can enjoy soft sweetness of rice from this Sake. Please enjoy this Sake at room temperature or slightly warmed.

Variety of Rice: Yamadanishiki (produced in Yokawa, Hyogo, 特A地区 (Special A area), Japan)

Aging year: 1 year to 2 years (blends several years)
Tasting note: Comfortable flavour like caramel and brown sugar origin from aging, soft touch, rich taste, dry, full body.
