This Sake is limited in Hokuriku area. You can enjoy Kikuhime Ginjo taste with casual style. Dry, but, there is gentle soft sweetness of rice. Please enjoy this Sake cold. 

Volume: 720ml (per bottle)

Alcohol %: 16% to 17%

Raw materials: Rice, Koji (Koji mold) and Distilled alcohol

Sake Rice: Yamadanishiki (produced in Yokawa, Hyogo, 特A地区 (Special A area), Japan)

Seimai Buai (Polishing ratio): 55% (55% remaining)

Aging year: not more than 1 year

Tasting note: Elegant and comfortable flavour like melon or banana, slight flavour like milk, fresh and fine taste, dry, light to medium body.
