Junmaidaiginjo brewed by Masuizumi. BO means from one of Sake rice, 山田穂 (Yamadabo). Yamadabo is the mother of the king of rice for sake brewing, "Yamadanisiki".

Sake Rice: Yamadabo (produced in Japan)

Seimai Buai (Polishing ratio): 50% (50% remaining)

Tasting note: Delicate flavour, smooth and gentle touch, comfortable fresh acid, medium body.
