Masuizumi Platina (Platinum) 寿 (Kotobuki) Junmaidaiginjo

This is the flag ship sake of Masuizumi. "寿" is a Kanji character which means celebration and congratulation (honor and prosperity). Daiginjo of Masuizumi is gold color, so, we call this Sake Junmaidaiginjo of Masuizumi "Platina (Platinum)".

Alcohol %: 14%

Raw materials: Rice and Koji (Koji mold)

Sake Rice: Yamadanishiki (produced in Taka-Cho, Japan)

Seimai Buai (Polishing ratio): 35% (35% remaining) 

Tasting note: Smooth and soft touch, elegant fruit flavour like melon, rich taste with soft sweetness of rice, dry, medium to full body.
