Masumi Junmaidaiginjo Sanka
One of renewal Junmaidaiginjo of Masumi. The product name of Sanka is 山花 in Japanese which means mountain and flower. This Sake is inspired from lovely flowers on the mountain, Yatsugatake in Nagano prefecture. No.7 yeast is isolated in Masumi Kura, and NO. 7 yeast is used in almost Kuramoto in Japan.

Tasting note: Extremely elegant and lovely Ginjo aroma, fresh aroma, refined, smooth light texture, good balance taste, dry, light to medium body.
