Brewery is Hayashi Brewery located in Asahi-Machi in Toyama.

This brewery started to make Sake since 1626, and this is the oldest historical brewery in Toyama.

Asahi-Machi has a beautiful and wonderful nature brought from Northen Alps in central Japan.

The produce quantities per a year is very small, but, their motto is to make handcrafted Sake and make people enjoy drinking Sake.
