Brewery is Mouri Brewery located in Togo, Fukui, Japan.
Their policy is to create a Sake of superior quality, meant to be enjoyed over meals, and brewed in the land known for its rich seafood.
The name of Sake "Sari" means "rice" in Sanskrit. It is from this word that Japanese "Shari" or "Sushi rice" received its name.
Sari makes an excellent pairing with seafoods, Japanese foods, especially, Sushi.
