Junmaiginjo brewed with fine underground water. Product name "Jun" means pure in Japanese. Please enjoy this sake cold and slightly warmed (room temerature). You can expect an excellent pair with any dishes like delicate Japanese foods.

Raw materials: Rice and Koji (Koji mold) 

Sake Rice: Gohyakumangoku (produced in Japan)

Seimai Buai (Polishing ratio): 50% (50% remaining) 

Tasting note: Elegant flavour, a small sweetness of rice, smooth, fluid and gentle touch, dry, light to medium body.
